Billing Manager

Type: Full Time Time: Permanent Location: Glasgow Working Pattern: Minimum 2 days per week in the office, 3 days remote Department: Finance The Role As GBS Billing Manager within the Order to Cash (OTC) team, you will lead a high-performing billing team responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant billing services across the firm. This is a pivotal leadership role, combining hands-on billing expertise with people management, stakeholder engagement and process improvement. You will act as a key point of contact for Billing matters, providing subject matter expertise across client billing portals and the Elite 3E e‑Billing Hub, while working closely with the OTC Manager, Partners and regional finance teams to support working capital objectives. Operating in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment, you will coach and motivate your team through peak workloads, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement across billing processes.
