BIM Architect / Designer / Junior-Mid Architect (EUROPE)

We are looking for a Remote Junior Architect in the following countries ONLY > Ukraine, Serbia, Romania, Poland, Portugal & Spain to join our team and support the design and development of architectural projects from concept through construction in the USA. The ideal candidate is strong in both design and technical documentation, comfortable working in a collaborative studio environment, and confident communicating in English.

MUST HAVE :

1) Proven REVIT certification of any kind + BIM knowledge

2) Architecture Portfolio

3) English spoken + Written

4) Experience in the United States market preferred

5) Must be located in Ukraine, Serbia, Romania, Poland, Portugal & Spain

NOTE: Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in all project phases, from Concept design, schematic design to construction documents and coordination. Develop design studies, 3D models, and presentation materials for client and internal reviews. Produce accurate drawings, details, and schedules in Revit and AutoCAD, following office standards. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal team members to resolve design and technical issues. Assist with code and zoning research, permit sets, and other regulatory documentation. Support construction administration tasks (RFIs, submittals, site photos/reports) as required.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. > MUST

Expertise in Architecture and Building Information Modeling (BIM)

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in REVIT + BIM 360/ACC software is a must

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field

Prior experience in contract and remote project work is advantageous

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch, M.Arch, or equivalent).

Professional English skills, both written and spoken (able to communicate clearly with clients, consultants, and the internal team).

Solid understanding of building systems, basic construction methods, and coordination with engineering disciplines.

Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of SketchUp and Rhino (for concept design, 3D studies, and visualization)

Experience with rendering tools (Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, etc.) is an advantage.
