As a BIM Detailer in our Electrical team, you'll turn electrical design intent into fabrication- and installation-ready models and drawings that directly support manufacturing, coordination, and successful field execution. Your work will be used (not reinterpreted ) and success is clearly measured by accuracy, clarity, and reduced field issues. The Challenge (What You'll Be Responsible For) Producing highly accurate electrical BIM models and drawings that meet fabrication and installation standards Ensuring models pass QA/QC reviews with minimal revisions Supporting coordination across trades to eliminate clashes and ambiguity before construction Delivering work reliably to support project and manufacturing schedules Continuously improving how BIM tools and workflows are used across projects This role sits at the intersection of design, fabrication, and field execution , giving you a level of influence most detailers never reach. Compensation and featured benefits: The pay for this position is $65,000– $80,000 , and the role is eligible for bonuses. The actual salary offer may be different as we carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, location, and experience Health insurance with the choice of five plan options. We cover 70-95% of premiums for VIATechies and 65% of the premiums for dependents (depending on the plan chosen) Dental and vision insurance.
