We are hiring a BIM Modeler / Specialist focused on MEP & Plumbing Systems to join the design team of one of our U.S.-based construction clients in New York.

In this role, you will work directly with the client’s engineering team to develop detailed plumbing shop drawings and 3D models in Revit MEP, coordinate systems across disciplines, and resolve clash detections before field execution. This is an ideal position for Sanitary, Hydraulic, Civil, Mechanical Engineers, or Architects with hands-on experience in plumbing design, hydrosanitary networks, and BIM coordination.

What You’ll Do

• Develop detailed 3D models and construction-ready shop drawings using Revit MEP.
• Design, model, and coordinate plumbing/hydrosanitary systems for commercial and residential U.S. projects.
• Apply IPC (International Plumbing Code), UPC, and relevant U.S. building codes to ensure compliant designs.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, and Fire Protection disciplines using Navisworks.
• Review architectural/structural plans to proactively identify coordination issues and propose practical engineering solutions.
• Conduct QA/QC reviews to eliminate modeling errors and maintain organized project documentation/revisions.

What You’ll Bring

• English Level: Advanced Technical & Conversational English (B2+ / C1).
• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in MEP modeling, plumbing design, or hydrosanitary engineering.
• Core Software: Expert proficiency in Revit MEP (mandatory) and Navisworks (clash detection).
• US Standards: Solid understanding of U.S. building codes (IPC / UPC) and U.S. construction documentation.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Sanitary, Hydraulic Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent practical MEP modeling experience.
• Problem-Solving: Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on technical design challenges.
