About the Role
Bumblebee INC is looking for an experienced and passionate BIM Mentor to join our training and mentoring team. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in BIM and a genuine interest in training, mentoring, and developing students and working professionals.
The role involves conducting online training sessions, guiding learners through BIM workflows, supporting live-project-based learning, and helping students develop the technical and professional skills required to build careers in the BIM industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct online BIM training and mentoring sessions for students and professionals.
- Train learners in industry-oriented BIM workflows and project practices.
- Provide practical demonstrations, exercises, assignments, and project guidance.
- Mentor students through live projects and real-world BIM scenarios.
- Clarify technical doubts and provide constructive feedback on student work.
- Evaluate learner progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Guide students in developing industry-ready BIM models and portfolios.
- Explain BIM standards, workflows, modelling practices, and coordination processes.
- Stay updated with current BIM technologies, workflows, and industry requirements.
- Collaborate with the Bumblebee INC technical and training team to improve course content and learning methodologies.
Required Technical Expertise
The candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of BIM Architecture and/or BIM Structure, with the ability to train learners across multiple BIM software platforms.

- Autodesk Revit – Architecture
- Autodesk Revit – Structure
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Navisworks
- Tekla Structures
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM 360
- Dynamo
- Other relevant BIM and AEC software
Strong proficiency across both Architecture and Structural BIM workflows will be highly preferred.
Eligibility and Requirements
- 3–4 years of professional experience in BIM.
- Strong practical experience in BIM modelling and project workflows.
- Good understanding of Architecture and Structural BIM processes.
- Willingness and ability to train and mentor students and professionals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working on real-time BIM projects is preferred.
- Prior experience as a BIM Trainer, Mentor, Coordinator, Engineer, Architect, or similar role will be an advantage.
