Role Description
We're looking for a Blockchain Developer to join our engineering team on a part-time remote basis.
In this role, you'll build and maintain blockchain infrastructure, develop smart contract integrations, create wallet analytics, and contribute to AI-powered security features across multiple blockchain networks.
You'll work closely with AI engineers, security researchers, and product teams to develop scalable and secure blockchain solutions powering ContraCop's growing ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop blockchain-based applications and services.
- Build integrations with Ethereum, Solana, BNB Chain, Base, Arbitrum, and other EVM-compatible networks.
- Develop and maintain smart contract interaction services.
- Build wallet analysis and on-chain intelligence modules.
- Integrate blockchain data providers and RPC services.
- Optimize blockchain transaction processing and indexing.
- Collaborate with AI engineers to build intelligent blockchain security features.
- Perform code reviews and follow blockchain security best practices.
- Monitor emerging blockchain technologies and recommend new integrations.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of blockchain architecture and distributed systems.
- Experience developing blockchain applications.
- Proficiency in one or more of the following:
- Solidity
- Rust
- TypeScript
- Go
- Experience with Ethereum and EVM-compatible chains.
- Experience working with Solana is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of:
- Smart Contracts
- DeFi
- Wallets
- Tokens
- NFTs
- On-chain transactions
- Experience with:
- Ethers.js
- Viem
- Web3.js
- Anchor (for Solana)
- Experience integrating RPC providers and blockchain APIs.
- Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience auditing smart contracts.
- Knowledge of blockchain security vulnerabilities and exploit patterns.
- Experience with Foundry or Hardhat.
- Understanding of MEV, bridges, staking, and liquidity protocols.
- Experience building blockchain analytics platforms.
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects.
- Experience with AI-powered blockchain tools.
