About the Role
CITA Lab is seeking a proactive, results-driven Blockchain Recruiter to scale our Web3 and blockchain teams. You must have solid recruitment experience, strong bilingual skills, and deep tech market insight.
Responsibilities
End-to-End Hiring:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate sourcing and interviewing to the offer stage.
Pipeline Building:
Build and maintain talent pools for Web3, software engineering, product, and business development (BD) roles.
Market Focus:
Lead recruitment efforts across Asia and global markets.
Active Sourcing:
Proactively hunt candidates via LinkedIn, crypto communities, professional networks, and referrals.
Collaboration:
Work closely with global hiring managers to ensure smooth processes and an outstanding candidate experience.
Requirements
Experience:
2+ years of recruitment experience in tech, blockchain, Web3, or fintech.
Language:
Fluent English communication skills.
Market Savvy:
Deep understanding of the Web3 talent landscape, local channels, and executive sourcing techniques.
Versatility:
Proven track record of hiring both technical (engineering/product) and non-technical (marketing/operations) roles.
Efficiency:
Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS systems; highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior recruiting experience within crypto, Web3, or blockchain sectors (agency or in-house).
An existing network within crypto/Web3 communities.
Experience hiring remote talent across the APAC region or international markets.
