Blue Collar Recruiter / Mass Hiring Specialist

About the Role:

We are expanding our core recruitment operations at Path2Hire to drive ongoing mass hiring requirements across India.

We need a hands-on, fast-executing Blue Collar Recruiter who understands high-volume field hiring (Delivery Executives, Field Sales, Merchant Onboarding, Warehousing) and can deliver daily candidate lineups.

This is a 100% Work From Home (Remote) opportunity for someone who can start immediately and work independently without hand-holding.

What You Will Do:

• Drive end-to-end mass hiring drives for blue-collar and field operations mandates.

• Source active candidates using WorkIndia, Apna, Quikr, OLX, social media groups, and ground-level networks.

• Conduct quick screening calls, verify basic criteria (Bike, DL, Android phone, Location), and coordinate daily walk-in/interview lineups.

• Maintain daily attendance trackers and update candidate pipelines for client hubs.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 1+ year of hands-on experience in blue-collar or bulk hiring.

• Sourcing Capability: Proven ability to generate fast candidate volume beyond traditional portals.

• Communication: Clear, direct phone communication to convince and line up candidates quickly.

• Availability: Immediate joiners preferred.

• Location: Anywhere in India (100% Remote).
