Location: Raleigh, NC Practice Type: On-site, Hybrid (Part-time, Contract) Licensure: NC LBA and BCBA required About the Opportunity Alpaca Health partners with experienced BCBAs to build and grow their own independent ABA practices. Instead of working for a traditional ABA company, you become the owner and clinical leader of your practice—with control over your clinical care, caseload, schedule, team, and growth. What You'll Do Provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to clients and families. Conduct assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans. Monitor client progress and use data to guide clinical decisions. Provide clinical oversight and supervision to your team as your practice grows. Collaborate with caregivers and other professionals involved in client care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with applicable standards.
