Join the Solara ABA Team! Solara is seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team on a part-time basis . We are committed to providing compassionate, individualized ABA services that empower children and families across Utah Position Details Position: Part-Time BCBA Locations: in home Schedule: Flexible part-time hours Setting: home-based Compensation: Competitive hourly rate based on experience Responsibilities Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Provide parent training and caregiver support Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed Complete clinical documentation and insurance-required reports Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers and educational teams Ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards Qualifications Current BCBA certification in good standing Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field AZ licensure (or ability to obtain) Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder preferred Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Solara?
