Responsibilities include: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) Develop, oversee, and modify individualized ABA treatment plans Supervise and mentor Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians Monitor treatment integrity and client progress Analyze clinical data to guide treatment decisions Conduct caregiver training and parent education Complete progress reports and required clinical documentation Participate in interdisciplinary collaboration and monthly clinical meetings Provide ongoing staff training, coaching, and support Ensure ethical, high-quality service delivery Qualifications We're looking for clinicians who are passionate about making a difference.
