Board & Family Office Services Leader

Role Description

As a Family Office & Board Advisory Services Leader, you will be responsible for providing Business Development Support to clients in various industries. You will work closely with executive teams to develop and implement effective Business Development Strategies, identify growth opportunities. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of work being located in Istanbul but with some flexibility for remote work.

Our engagements span multiple industries mainly focusing on manufacturing, healthcare, consumer products, retail, logistics, mining, energy and industrial businesses.

Role has very competitive variable commision package. Successful candidates will obtain an equity share in projects.

• Supervisory Skills, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Experience in effectively managing and leading teams
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
• Ability to provide training and mentorship to team members
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field

MUST Haves:

Existing established Board , CEO, Owner Level relationship with companies that have sales in excess of 10 M USD based in Istanbul. If you do not have such esblished relationship please DO NOT apply, your application will be directly rejected at the screening phase.

Existing and or previous C-Level, Board Level experience.
