Responsibilities:

Strategic Guidance:

• Offer high-level strategic advice to the founding team, helping to shape Svello’s long-term vision and business strategies.
• Contribute to the development of the company's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with market opportunities and company goals.

Governance:

• Provide oversight on governance practices, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while promoting best practices in corporate governance.
• Support the establishment of a governance framework that fosters transparency and accountability.

Fundraising Support:

• Assist in fundraising efforts by leveraging your network and providing insights into investor relations and capital-raising strategies.
• Help craft compelling narratives and presentations to attract potential investors.

Market Insights:

• Share industry knowledge and insights to help identify market opportunities, risks, and trends that could impact Svello’s growth.
• Provide guidance on market positioning and competitive strategy.

Partnerships:

• Facilitate the development of strategic partnerships and alliances that can enhance Svello’s offerings and market presence.
• Leverage your network to open doors to potential partners and collaborators.

Brand Advocacy:

• Act as an ambassador for Svello, promoting the company’s brand and mission within your network and industry circles.
• Help increase visibility and credibility within the global real estate and tech communities.

Performance Oversight:

• Monitor and review the company’s performance, offering constructive feedback and recommendations for improvement.
• Ensure that the company remains focused on its strategic objectives and delivers on its commitments.

Advisory Support:

• Provide guidance on key business decisions, including product development, market expansion, and operational strategies.

Experience:

• Extensive experience in senior roles, preferably within the real estate or technology sectors, with a proven track record of strategic oversight and governance.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising and strategic development within a growth-oriented company.

• Ability to provide strategic direction and inspire confidence among stakeholders.
