The Role We’re seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Body Shop Parts Assistant/Porter to help keep our fast-paced collision center running smoothly. This hybrid role combines hands-on shop support with parts inventory responsibilities, making it perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working around vehicles, and contributing to a team effort. Every day brings something different, from vehicle preparation and shop organization to receiving and verifying parts that keep repairs moving forward. What You’ll Own: Deliver exceptional vehicle presentation through washing, detailing, and final quality checks. Keep repairs moving by receiving, inspecting, organizing, and distributing parts accurately. Partner with technicians, estimators, and team members to support a smooth, efficient repair process. Move vehicles safely between the shop, lot, vendors, and staging areas. Take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and professional shop environment. Communicate proactively with the team to ensure vehicles and parts are repair-ready. Pitch in wherever needed to help the team exceed customer expectations and deliver outstanding results. What We’re Looking For Team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and positive attitude. Detail-focused and committed to quality, safety, and customer service. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on shop environment. Ability to safely operate a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and SUVs. Previous automotive, body shop, or parts experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle report, and drug screening.
