Maintain and update financial records by accurately recording all financial transactions in the accounting system. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review. Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards, providing support during audits. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data collection and reporting. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years experience in bookkeeping and accounting roles. Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or Xero. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
