Your employment will be legally administered through RemoFirst , while your day-to-day work is led by Porch Group. Job Summary The future is bright for the Porch Group, and we’d love you to be a part of it as a Booking Specialist As a Porch Booking Specialist, you will be assisting homeowners who submitted a lead form and have a project to complete on their homes. Your mission is to build value through our services, convey the benefits of working with our handymen and book an appointment for the homeowner’s project while providing a delightful experience. A crucial element to success in the role will be the desire to truly understand the needs of the homeowner by understanding their project in-depth and ensuring that we are matching the homeowner with the proper professional for their project needs. This will entail learning as much as possible about various home projects. What You Will Bring As A Booking Specialist 2+ years working in customer-facing roles required. Retail, hospitality, call center or other related customer-facing experience. Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills. Samples may be requested. Ability to deliver a world class customer experience while balancing the needs of the business. Team and solution-oriented. Willingness to go above and beyond for customers.
