ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support multiple business entities. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts and entities
• Process accounts payable transactions
• Review and process travel and entertainment expense reports
• Prepare and post journal entries
• Collect, organize, and distribute company mail
• Other tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
• Experience with QuickBooks required
• Experience with Sage preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote setting

PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE

Base Salary: $25.00-$27.00 per hour, based on experience and skillset
