Bookkeeper

Full-time. Remote. $1,000 USD per month base.

We're a premium home water filtration company operating in two markets: Toronto and South Florida. We've grown to the point where the numbers need someone who owns them full-time.

That's this role.

The work

• Monthly close for both regions, Canada and the US • Commission calculations for the sales team • Sales tax filings and payment reconciliation • Contractor and technician invoices and payouts • Clean monthly reporting, straight to the VP of Sales & Operations

You need

• Proven bookkeeping or accounting experience. This is not an entry-level role. • Strong spreadsheet skills • US or Canadian accounting exposure preferred • Precision. These numbers become paychecks and tax filings. • Fluent English and working overlap with Eastern Time
