Bookkeeper for a US-based Construction Company - (US-based/Remote)

About the role We're looking for a remote bookkeeper to help keep our QuickBooks Online clean, current, and accurate. This is a straightforward role focused on coding transactions, entering receipts, and keeping the books tidy. If you enjoy detail work, staying organized, and catching the small stuff that others miss, you'll feel right at home here. What you'll be doing Entering and coding receipts in QuickBooks Online Matching bank and credit card transactions Making sure expenses are categorized correctly Performing basic bank and credit card reconciliations Keeping records clean and easy to follow Flagging anything that doesn't look right and asking questions when needed What we're looking for Proficient in QuickBooks Online (required) Experience with Buildertrend is a plus, but not required Strong attention to detail, the kind where nothing slips through the cracks Able to work independently and stay on task without needing to be chased Reliable, consistent, and easy to communicate with Bonus points if you've worked with construction or job costing before What we offer Fully remote, schedule (aligned to Arizona business hours - MST) A clear, well-defined scope of work Steady, ongoing engagement for the right person A respectful, low-drama working environment where good work is noticed Remote Working for US Company Exposure to new technology & trend Competitive Salary
