Bookkeeper | Fully Remote

£30- £35k

We are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper for a fast growth music business. This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented finance professional looking to develop their career within a collaborative, international environment.

Offering fully remote working this position will support the CFO and Finance Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day finance function including AP, AR, VAT, reconciliations and month end.

The Role

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Match invoices against purchase orders and supporting documentation where required.
• Raise and issue customer invoices.
• Allocate incoming payments and maintain accurate customer records.
• Complete daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
• Post journals and support balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support VAT and other statutory reporting where applicable.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Produce ad hoc financial reports and analysis.

The successful candidate

• Minimum 3 years in an accounting position
• A solid understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of VAT and general bookkeeping principles.
