Qualifications & Requirements Experience: 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, ideally in operations, sales, or service environments. Education: Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is preferred; equivalent industry or UniFirst experience may substitute. Financial Acumen: Proven ability to understand, analyze, and apply financial statements and data to decision-making. Logistics & Licensing: Valid driver's license and the ability to meet DOT physical qualifications. Skills: Strong business communication skills, proficiency in basic math and data analysis, and effective problem-solving abilities.
