Provide real‑time coaching and ensure target delivery. Maintain professionalism, safety, and energy during missions. 📅 Operational Planning Build weekly field schedules & staffing plans. Identify high‑traffic areas across Washington, D.C. (malls, transit hubs, campuses, downtown areas). Coordinate with warehouse & logistics team. 📊 Performance Management Track KPIs through Google Sheets/Excel.
