Owono Talents is growing — and we’re looking for someone to help us build and lead our Brand Collaborations division.

We represent a growing network of actors, creators, UGC talents, hosts, musicians and other creative personalities across Europe.

For this role, your main focus will be on our UGC talents and social media influencers: proactively connecting them with relevant brands, developing paid collaborations and long-term partnerships, and creating opportunities that help them grow their visibility, positioning and commercial careers.

YOUR ROLE

Your core mission will be to actively create commercial opportunities for our UGC talents, creators and influencers and develop long-term relationships with brands and agencies.

This includes:

• Identifying and approaching relevant brands, agencies and decision-makers

• Developing brand partnerships, sponsorships and creator collaborations

• Pitching our talents proactively for campaigns and collaborations

• Negotiating collaboration opportunities and commercial partnerships

• Building and maintaining a strong network within the brand, marketing and creator economy

• Identifying events, premieres, launches, festivals, industry gatherings and other career-building opportunities for our talents

• Creating strategic partnerships that increase the visibility and positioning of our talents

• Developing recurring collaborations rather than one-off deals

• Helping shape and grow our Brand Collaborations department

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You should have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in Brand Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Social Media Monetization, Brand Partnerships or a closely related field

• A strong understanding of how brands, creators and agencies work together

• Experience approaching brands and developing commercial partnerships

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset

• The ability to identify opportunities instead of waiting for them to appear

• A very high level of independence — self-organised working is an absolute must

You should feel comfortable owning your area of responsibility and developing it proactively.

LANGUAGES

🇬🇧 English — fluent or better, required

🇩🇪 German — a major plus

🇪🇸 Spanish — nice to have

🇵🇹 Portuguese — nice to have

LOCATION & WORKING STYLE

The position is 100% remote with flexible working hours.

Ideally, you are based in Germany, Spain or Portugal, where we currently have our strongest talent networks, but applications from other EU countries are very welcome.

COMPENSATION

We offer a compensation model consisting of:

Fixed base compensation + performance-based commission
