Brand Creative Lead

Full-time · Hybrid or remote, based in Serbia · 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CST · Compensation: 200,000 to 350,000 RSD net per month We are hiring a Brand Creative Lead with strong, hands-on Amazon experience. You have written creative briefs, scoped creative work and broken it into projects and deliverables (epics down to individual assets), and produced Amazon listing content. This is the core of the role. 1. Who We Are eHigher is an e-commerce agency that runs brands and talent solutions for clients across the US, UK, and EU. You would work on one of our client accounts. We will walk you through the client and the brands during the interview. 2. What You Would Do You own the visual creative for product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop, and you produce the work yourself. This is a hands-on role, not a management role. You report to the client's CEO and work alongside a Catalog Specialist, who owns the copy while you own the visuals. Day to day: Take a brand goal and turn it into a creative brief. Scope the work and break it into projects and deliverables the team can execute against. Build and maintain a distinct visual identity for each brand on the account, following each brand's guidelines and keeping the listings consistent across marketplaces. Produce the full listing: photoreal 3D renders and lifestyle scenes, hero and secondary images, benefit infographics, A+ pages, Brand Stories, Storefronts, and the occasional ad or short-form video. Use AI to move faster on the work around the product, while keeping the product itself represented accurately. These are real brands and real products. Test listings, read the performance data Amazon provides, and use it to improve the next version. Run this across a catalog of 200-plus products, rolled out by priority, holding the quality bar on each one. 3. Requirements Strong, hands-on Amazon creative experience. This is the core of the role. You can show Amazon content you created and explain the before and after. You write creative briefs and break creative work into clear projects and deliverables. You know Amazon creative in detail: A+, Brand Story, Storefront, image specs, mobile readability, and what the marketplace does and does not allow. At least 2 years creating A+ content for brands. Premium A+ content is a plus. A portfolio with photoreal 3D product renders and lifestyle scenes. Lighting, electronics, or consumer packaged goods is a plus. You know one 3D tool well: Blender, Cinema 4D, KeyShot, or 3ds Max. Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator. After Effects or Premiere is a plus. You know how to test listings and read Amazon's data to see what is working. You use AI daily to work faster, while keeping every product represented accurately. Given a product and a loose brief, you come back with a concept rather than a list of questions. Attention to detail and a high bar for quality. You can present your work in clear English. You take ownership of your work and follow through. 4.
