We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic Arabic speaking Brand Designer with a strong background in brand to join our team. You’ll report into the Regional Consulting Director as well as our Global Brand Creative Director, helping to build, nurture, and grow long-term partnerships with our key clients. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ business challenges, anticipating needs, and translating those into distinctive brand systems, identities, experiences and solutions. BRAND DESIGNER (6+ YEARS) As a Brand Designer, you will create brand identities and design systems that connect with culture, customers and colleagues. You will translate strategic intent into distinctive, high-quality design across touchpoints, partnering closely with strategy and client teams. A flair for Arabic typography and localizing global brand strategies into regional-first brand systems and identities. You will play‌ ‌ an‌ ‌ active‌ ‌ role‌ ‌ in‌ ‌ shaping‌ ‌ holistic‌ ‌ brands‌ ‌ for‌ ‌ our‌ ‌ clients‌ ‌ by‌ ‌ understanding‌ ‌ how‌ ‌ strategy,‌ ‌ visual,‌ ‌ verbal and‌ ‌ experience‌ ‌ design‌ ‌ elements‌ ‌ work‌ ‌ together. ABOUT THE ROLE You will contribute across a range of accounts and projects, leading the development and execution of identities, design systems and integrated expressions. You will collaborate with strategists, creatives and account teams to ensure design decisions stay on-brief and on-brand from concept through delivery. This role is based in our Dubai office (hybrid: 4 days in office, Friday WFH) and is suited to someone with 6+ years experience in brand design and identity systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Design Craft & Execution · Create and evolve visual identities, design systems and toolkits that scale across channels. · Develop concepts, layouts and design assets with a high bar for craft and consistency. · Ensure design work is on-brief, on-brand and production-ready. Collaboration · Work closely with strategists and creative partners to translate insight into compelling visual ideas. · Collaborate with account and client teams to align design decisions to objectives and stakeholder expectations. · Partner with production and delivery teams to ensure feasibility and quality in execution. Growth & Leadership · Contribute to critiques and craft culture, sharing best practice and elevating team output. · Support mentoring of junior designers through feedback and example. · Proactively ‌ ‌ grow ‌ ‌ your ‌ ‌ capabilities ‌ ‌ by ‌ ‌ exploring ‌ ‌ how ‌ ‌ diverse ‌ ‌ creative ‌ ‌ techniques ‌ , technology, AI ‌ and ‌ ‌ platforms ‌ ‌ may enhance ‌ ‌ our ‌ ‌ work. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: 6+ years experience in brand design with a strong portfolio across identity and multi-channel applications (preference for local speakers). Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma High taste level, strong typography and layout skills, and attention to detail. Ability to connect design decisions to strategy and communicate rationale clearly. A collaborative mindset and comfort working in multidisciplinary teams. Passion for creating world-class brands.
