Brand Marketing Lead (Contractor / Freelance) - Remote ID

Our service is month-to-month (think AWS for customer service), with simple all-inclusive service models for startups, scaleups and Enterprise clients.

What We Need

We're looking for a production-strong brand marketer to own how Influx looks everywhere a buyer meets us: the website, case studies, social, sales collateral, and our external listings and profiles.

The brand direction already exists. What it needs is someone who executes it quickly, accurately, and to a standard that makes our brand shine.

You'll report to the Brand Marketing Manager, and work regularly with the Head of Marketing and the Chief Growth Officer, both based in Melbourne.

What You’ll Do

• Keep the Website Current: Messaging updates, page builds, formatting fixes. If something on the site is out of date or off-brand, you find it before anyone else does.
• Ship Case Studies: Turn raw client material into published case studies on a regular cadence — and make them look premium, not templated.
• Refresh Sales Collateral: Keep one-pagers, decks and market-specific assets accurate, polished and ready for a rep to send without editing.
• Turn Requests Around Fast: Sales and marketing will come to you for assets, edits and one-pagers. You'll clear them quickly and cleanly.
• Audit What We Own: Sweep the website, listings, profiles and sales assets monthly for accuracy and brand consistency.
• Keep the Library Usable: Maintain templates, file systems and the brand asset library so the next person can find and reuse everything.

This isn't a creative-ownership role. The messaging, the narrative and the brand direction are set. Your job is to execute them better and faster than they're being executed today.

What You Bring

• 4+ years in production-heavy brand, marketing or content roles
• Experience producing for a successful Western brand, or a company selling into Western markets
• Exceptional brand eye — spacing, typography, hierarchy, tone
• Exceptional finisher/organizer — templates, file systems, asset libraries
• Strong CMS skills (Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot CMS)
• Light design capability (Figma, Canva, Adobe Express)
• Comfortable delivering against briefs at speed, with minimal direction and few review cycles
• Based in the Indonesia, Philippines or a nearby time zone

The Process

The first conversation will be an exploratory chat to learn a bit more about our business and to get a feel for the role.

If interested after that, there will be 1-2 conversations with the Head of Marketing and the Brand Marketing Manager.

The final round is a test: complete a short project, then present to the hiring committee
