What you'll be doing: Growing our partner network through smart, strategic recruitment Nurturing and retaining our existing brand partners Leading pitches, negotiating commercial deals, and managing contracts Running multiple projects end‑to‑end with excellence and efficiency Driving team performance, resourcing, and a culture of productivity and positivity Championing TLC’s global strategy and shaping the product portfolio in your market Spearhead brand partner recruitment and build strong, long‑lasting relationships Secure high‑value commercial deals aligned with global and local strategy Manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they run on time and to the highest standards Lead, support, and develop the Brand Partnerships team Optimise profitability through efficient cost management and innovative partnership solutions Stay ahead of market and industry trends, identifying new opportunities for growth Who we're looking for: Project management experience A proven track record in brand partnerships, commercial negotiation, and relationship management Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team Exceptional communication, presentation, and influencing abilities A strategic mindset with a passion for maximising value and spotting new opportunities Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail A natural team motivator with a positive, proactive attitude Approachable, diplomatic, and great at building trust Calm under pressure with excellent time‑management skills Energetic, enthusiastic, and committed to excellence Being a people-led business, we hire upon values and believe that our people are what make the beloved TLC culture so unique.
