Join our Brand Retail team and help bring premium retail experiences to life across our direct and partner retail network. You will own the delivery of retail design, infrastructure, and experience initiatives that strengthen consumer engagement and support our smoke-free transformation. Impact You'll Own Deliver brand retail expansion, upgrades, and experience initiatives on time and in line with brand standards. Support consistent execution of retail design frameworks across multiple retail formats in alignment with global standards. Contribute to high-quality consumer experiences through effective coordination of vendors, contractors, and partners. Ensure retail projects meet operational, legal, safety, and quality requirements. Support scalable retail expansion and portfolio-driven initiatives across the market. What You'll Do Lead delivery of boutique, island, and partner retail openings and upgrades. Coordinate project plans, timelines, site readiness, and installation activities. Work with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution. Apply retail design, visual merchandising, and operational standards across locations. Adapt global retail concepts and guidelines to local market requirements. Manage project documentation, layouts, specifications, approvals, and archives. Monitor project costs and support procurement and vendor management activities. Skills, Capabilities & Qualifications University degree Store design Customer journey design Visual merchandising Brand visual identity Retail marketing Project management Innovation and creativity Fluent English and Croatian, spoken and written Driving license, B category Rewards & Benefits Full-time employment with a contract for an indefinite period following a probation period of 4 months.
