Branding Support for Logistics and Organisational Service

We are looking for a ​Branding Support Professional in support to the European Space Agency (ESA) for their Logistics and Organisational Service for their location in ​Frascati, Italy​. Please note, the successful candidate will be employed by ATG Europe (or one of its subsidiaries). Furthermore, upon selection, they will be subject to a general security screening performed by an external provider (further information will be provided at interview stage). The successful candidate will be tasked with, but not limited to: Support the implementation of the ESA Brand Engagement strategy through the continued operations of its 4 pillars of activities Merchandising, Partnerships, Promotional materials and Brand network development by: Acting as a central coordination point across the team, while ensuring coherence, prioritization and effective flow of information, including contractual, financial operational and distribution aspects; Supporting upon requests the development of specific ad hoc presentations on the ESA Brand Engagement through its pillars of activities; Developing and implementing an overall plan of monitoring of the ESA Brand Engagement activities in order to have compliant data to feed the Department Key Performance Indicators while liaising with the Division Management Support Unit. Contribute to the implementation of ESA Brand Engagement specific social media campaign in particular by: Focusing on the Merchandising Pillar by proposing and developing campaign concepts to be posted on identified social media platforms; Relying on internal and external resources while leveraging emerging capabilities such as Al-driven content production; Liaising adequately with the ESA social media team for ESA Corporate enhancement of ESA Brand Engagement targeted campaigns. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or a related field; At least 7 years of relevant experience; Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders; Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills; Customer-focused with the ability to work independently and collaboratively; Experience in branding, communications, marketing, events, and stakeholder engagement; Experience executing brand awareness and engagement campaigns; Understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and messaging; Ability to maintain consistent brand representation across channels; Strong presentation and storytelling skills; Ability to create engaging content for internal and external audiences; Familiarity with social media platforms and engagement strategies; Strong attention to detail; Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the EU; Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
