Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Brazil Online Language School Franchise Partnership with Lingua Learn Franchise Group. The partner will be responsible for establishing and growing Lingua Learn’s online language school presence in Brazil, including market research, local business development, and relationship building with individual learners and corporate clients. Day-to-day activities include overseeing marketing and sales initiatives, coordinating with the Global Franchise Support Team, managing local operations, and ensuring high-quality delivery of online language and training programs. The partner will monitor performance metrics, adjust strategies to drive enrollment and revenue growth, and supervise or coordinate training for local staff or collaborators as needed. The role requires proactive engagement with the Brazilian market and consistent communication with Lingua Learn’s central team to align local activities with global standards and brand guidelines.
Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills, including the ability to build partnerships, negotiate agreements, and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market potential, identify growth opportunities, and make data-informed business decisions.
• Clear Writing skills for local marketing content, client proposals, and internal reporting.
• Experience in Training, coaching, or overseeing educational delivery to ensure quality standards are met.
• Previous experience in education, language training, franchising, or online services in Brazil is highly beneficial.
• Business development or sales background, with demonstrated ability to grow a service-based operation.
• Fluency in Portuguese and strong proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Comfort with digital tools, online platforms, and remote collaboration; entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently.
