Shape our future Our three-year Graduate Programme gives you real responsibility, broad business experience and the opportunity to build a long-term career with Breedon. You’ll develop your technical expertise, commercial understanding and confidence while getting to know how our business really works. This is an evolving industry that needs changing skillsets, modern thinking and future focused minds, which is why we need you! Your three-year journey Year 1 – Foundation Start in a role aligned to your degree, apply what you’ve learned in a real business environment and build a strong understanding of how Breedon operates. Year 2 – Build Move into a new rotation, broaden your experience and take on greater responsibility through real projects and challenges. Year 3 – Stretch Step into a more challenging role with increased ownership, exposure and opportunities to make a meaningful impact. Throughout the programme, you’ll have structured development, a Buddy, a Mentor, dedicated programme support and exposure to senior leaders across Breedon. What we’re looking for We’re looking for curious, motivated graduates who want to get involved, learn quickly and build a career. To apply, you’ll need to have achieved a Bachelors degree with a minimum of a 2:1 / Masters degree in one of the following disciplines: Civil Engineering; Materials Science; Earth Sciences; Geography; Sustainability; Environmental Science/Engineering; AI/Data Analytics/Science or equivalent But your degree is only part of your story. We also want to hear about your: Part-time or summer work Placement year or work experience Extra-curricular interests Sport, societies or volunteering Personal projects and achievements Tell us what you’ve done, what you’ve learned and what makes you, you. Assessment Centre Successful candidates will be invited to one of our Breedon locations to meet us in person. You’ll take part in a practical activity designed to show us how you communicate, work with others, share ideas and tackle challenges. It isn’t about having the perfect answer or being the loudest person in the room. We simply want to see how you think, how you work with others and the potential you could bring to Breedon.
