This role sits within the AI Agentics team, an independent team, working closely with Technology and functional leaders to support adoption, change management and function-level engagement as we roll out agentic AI across the business. This is an exciting opportunity to join at a pivotal time and be a key part in shaping our AI future! Responsibilities Translate AI agent outputs into practical business applications across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, and Commercial functions. Build trust and drive adoption of agentic systems through practical, people-focused engagement. Engage stakeholders across multiple functions to support AI-driven change. Train and support colleagues through change initiatives. Build cross-functional credibility to encourage trust and use of agentic systems in day-to-day work. Drive adoption programmes for agentic deployments. Gather feedback from the business to inform adoption and implementation. Ensure agentic deployments are successfully embedded into working practices. Support the translation of AI investment into real, adopted business change. Skills and Experience Established cross-functional credibility, building strong relationships and trust across teams, markets, and client accounts. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain AI-driven change in practical, non-technical terms. Proven track record of driving adoption of new tools, processes, and ways of working. Genuine enthusiasm for AI as a strategic enabler, with confidence in training and supporting colleagues through change. Experience across Finance, Operations, HR, Legal, or Commercial functions is advantageous but not essential. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical specialists and business users.
