Broadcast Motion Designer

Job Description This is a remote position. Location: Tampa, FL or Remote Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Onsite/Remote Duration: 4 Months Rate Range: $37.98-40.86/ hour in W2 (Depends On Experience) Work Authorization: U.S. citizens, Green Card holders, and candidates with valid EADs. No H-1B, OPT, CPT, visa sponsorship, or visa-related documentation. Must Have: 2D/3D Motion Design Generative AI for image and video creation Runway Gemini Advanced Prompt Engineering Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop Adobe Illustrator Cinema 4D AI image/video synthesis and post-processing Motion design portfolio or compilation reel Responsibilities: Create motion graphics and animations for broadcast, streaming, social, and digital platforms. Generate high-quality images, textures, and video assets using generative AI platforms. Develop and refine complex prompts for consistent visual style, tone, and character continuity. Composite and enhance AI-generated assets using Photoshop and After Effects. Build AI workflows that follow established brand styles and visual guidelines. Test new AI tools, models, and plugins to improve creative production workflows. Develop visual concepts with Art Directors and creative stakeholders. Deliver production-ready graphics across news, sports, weather, promotions, and digital content. Ensure AI-generated content follows copyright and responsible AI guidelines. Qualifications: 2–3+ years of professional 2D/3D motion design experience. Strong experience with After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Cinema 4D. Hands-on experience using generative AI for creative production. Experience implementing AI-driven image generation, video synthesis, upscaling, automation, or workflow acceleration. Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and visual storytelling. Degree in Design preferred. Motion design compilation reel required for consideration. Nice to Have: Experience fine-tuning or configuring AI models for specific visual styles. Experience creating reusable prompt libraries. Experience with Gemini Gems or similar customized AI workflows. Broadcast or streaming graphics experience. Experience evaluating emerging generative AI tools and creative plugins.
