Role Description The Broker Consultant is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting and growing a network of insurance brokers and financial advisers. Day-to-day tasks include providing product guidance on Liberty’s insurance and investment offerings, assisting brokers with client proposals, and ensuring accurate and timely processing of policy applications and amendments. The role involves building strong relationships with broker partners, responding to queries, and offering ongoing training and support to enhance their understanding of Liberty’s solutions. The Broker Consultant will analyze financial and insurance needs, collaborate on retirement planning strategies, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and regulatory requirements. Regular communication through virtual meetings, calls, and digital platforms is essential to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong knowledge and experience in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, including life, investment, and risk products.
• Candidates should possess skills in Finance and Retirement Planning, with the ability to interpret financial information and advise on long-term financial strategies.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, including relationship management, conflict resolution, and client-focused communication.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in finance, insurance, business, or a related field, and applicable industry certifications or regulatory accreditation.
• Proficiency in remote work tools, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
• Prior experience in a broker support, financial advisory, or similar consulting role within the financial services industry is highly beneficial.
