The Role
The Broker Partner Coordinator (BPC) is a key driver of our broker network. You’ll handle broker acquisition, onboarding, account management, and long-term engagement—working closely with licensed brokers and internal teams to ensure success on both sides

What You’ll Be Doing
1. Broker Acquisition & Outreach
- Source licensed brokers through:
- Industry referrals
- Developer broker databases
- Webinars and events
- PRC broker listings
- Cold email and phone outreach
- Execute structured outreach campaigns (email-first and call-first strategies)
- Pitch the Broker Partnership Program and handle objections
- Track broker acquisition pipeline and follow-ups
2. Broker Onboarding & Compliance
- Collect and verify broker requirements:
- PRC license
- Government-issued IDs
- Signed agreements
- Property inventory files
- Conduct broker orientation and onboarding sessions
- Ensure compliance with program policies and documentation standards
3. Account Setup & Listing Management
- Create and manage broker accounts in the OnePropertee platform
- Post and manage broker listings on behalf of partners
- Ensure listings meet quality, accuracy, and compliance standards
4. Broker Account Management & Retention
- Serve as the primary account manager for onboarded brokers
- Build long-term relationships to ensure engagement and retention
- Coordinate with Buyer Assistance Officers (BAOs) for buyer endorsements and visit scheduling
- Monitor broker performance and activity
5. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Maintain broker acquisition and onboarding trackers
- Monitor:
- Number of brokers onboarded
- Active listings per broker
- Buyer-to-close conversion rates
- Closed transactions
- Prepare performance reports and insights for management
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in:
- Account management
- Sales coordination
- Partnerships
- Real estate operations (preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High attention to detail and process discipline
- Experience with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and workflow tracking
- Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building
- Real estate industry knowledge is a strong advantage
