BSA/Test Lead

A Fortune 150 Life Sciences Org is launching a major Quote-to-Cash transformation involving PROS CPQ, Salesforce, Conga CLM, SAP, and enterprise integrations. This role will represent their business team, working alongside leadership, and business stakeholders to ensure the solution meets business requirements and is thoroughly tested before deployment. What You'll Do Business Analysis Gather and document business requirements Run workshops with stakeholders Create user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria Perform fit-gap analysis between business needs and system capabilities Ensure requirements are tracked through implementation CPQ & CLM Functional Leadership Serve a business lead for: PROS CPQ Product configuration Pricing and discount processes Quote creation and approvals Quote generation Sales process alignment Conga CLM Contract request and creation workflows Approval routing Contract lifecycle processes CPQ-to-CLM handoffs Salesforce Opportunity-to-Quote process Account and customer data management User experience and process integration Testing Leadership Own testing strategy and governance Lead SIT, UAT, regression, and go-live validation Create and review test cases and test data Coordinate business and technical testing teams Manage defects and testing metrics Support deployment readiness and hypercare activities Integration & Data Support Work with architecture and technical teams to validate integrations across: Salesforce PROS CPQ Conga CLM SAP Middleware platforms Reporting/Data Lake solutions Key Stakeholders Program Manager Enterprise Architect Business Process Owners Salesforce Team SAP Team Conga CLM Team Deloitte Implementation Team PROS Product Team Skills Business analysis, Quality assurance, Agile, Requirements gathering, Quality assurance testing, Business systems analysis, cpq, contract lifecycle, quote to cash solution, salesforce.com, conga Top Skills Details Business analysis,Quality assurance,Agile,Requirements gathering,Quality assurance testing,Business systems analysis,cpq,contract lifecycle,quote to cash solution,salesforce.com,conga Additional Skills & Qualifications Salesforce Conga CLM PROS CPQ (strong preference) SAP integrations APIs and system integrations Data migration and validation Experience Level Expert Level Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Remote, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
