The role As Senior Webflow Developer , you'll take full ownership of how complex Webflow websites are architected and built for B2B tech companies — from the first discovery conversation through to launch. You'll turn advanced design systems into clean, scalable and maintainable Webflow builds, shape CMS structures that hold up as clients grow, and make sure every site meets a high bar for performance, accessibility and technical SEO. This is a client-facing role . Beyond deep Webflow craft, it calls for someone who can drive execution independently and represent the agency with confidence in technical conversations — explaining decisions, defending trade-offs and guiding implementation. What you'll do Own the technical architecture and delivery of complex Webflow projects, end to end. Translate sophisticated design systems into scalable, maintainable builds — with class structures, naming conventions and best practices that keep projects clean. Design CMS structures and content models built to scale, stay flexible and perform. Extend Webflow with custom code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) whenever the platform alone isn't enough. Build advanced interactions and animations without sacrificing performance. Connect sites to third-party tools and APIs — CRMs, marketing automation, analytics, personalization, and similar. Keep performance, accessibility, technical SEO and Core Web Vitals sharp on every project. Run QA reviews and mentor mid-level and junior developers. Troubleshoot the hard stuff: layout, performance and cross-browser issues. Work side by side with design, strategy, delivery and messaging teams so every site converts and ranks. Stay on top of where Webflow is heading, and bring in new tools or workflows that raise the quality of what the team ships. What we're looking for 6+ years building production websites, with deep hands-on Webflow expertise. A track record of shipping complex Webflow builds — marketing sites, brand sites or content-driven platforms. Strong command of HTML, CSS and JavaScript , and the ability to write clean, maintainable custom code. Advanced understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG) and cross-browser compatibility. Real depth in Webflow CMS architecture and scalable content modeling. Hands-on experience with technical SEO and performance optimization (Core Web Vitals). Experience integrating platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Zapier, Memberstack, Airtable or similar. Strong problem-solving skills and the independence to debug complex issues on your own. Experience reviewing code and mentoring other developers. Excellent communication and comfort working across multidisciplinary teams. The ability to juggle multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced agency environment. Advanced English is essential — this role involves ongoing technical discussions with English-speaking clients and teams.
