We're looking for an experienced Buildings Services Lead to join our Queensland Buildings Leadership Team, to help shape the next chapter of our business. This is more than a leadership role. The opportunity As Buildings Services Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in the continued growth of Aurecon's Buildings business in Queensland. You'll lead a talented and highly regarded Building Services team while working alongside leaders across structural, electrical, sustainability, digital and design management disciplines to deliver integrated solutions for our clients. You'll help define where we grow, how we innovate and how we continue attracting and developing some of the industry's best people. What you'll do Lead and inspire a high-performing Building Services team across Queensland. Develop and mentor talented engineers, creating clear pathways for growth and leadership. Build trusted relationships with clients, industry partners and the broader Queensland market. Identify opportunities and lead major pursuits across aviation, sports, defence, health, education and precinct developments. Drive commercial performance while maintaining an unwavering commitment to quality and technical excellence. Champion innovation through digital engineering, sustainable design and multidisciplinary collaboration. Contribute to the strategic direction of the Queensland Buildings business as a member of the leadership team. Foster an inclusive, collaborative culture where people are empowered to do their best work. About you You're an experienced leader who enjoys bringing people together to solve complex challenges. Deep mechanical and building services engineering expertise, backed by relevant qualifications and RPEQ registration. Experience in building services consulting and delivery. Strong networks and an established reputation within the Queensland market. Experience delivering major projects across sectors such as aviation, sports and entertainment, defence, health, commercial buildings or major precincts. Demonstrated success leading multidisciplinary teams and developing future leaders. Strong commercial acumen and experience growing client relationships and winning work. Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust across clients, partners and teams.
