Work on products that improve healthcare for millions of patients across the U.S. Associate Product Manager / Product Business Analyst Remote | Latin America Full-Time | U.S. Business Hours Compensation: USD $4,000–5,000/month + Government-Mandated Benefits About the Role Join EasyHealth's Product team and work directly with Product leadership to turn business needs into clear technical requirements. You'll partner with Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, and Client Services to deliver features that improve preventive healthcare for Medicare and Medicaid members. Responsibilities Gather and analyze stakeholder requirements. Write user stories, technical specs, and Jira tickets. Build prototypes and validate product concepts. Partner with Engineering throughout development. Support QA and perform pre-release validation. Leverage AI tools to streamline product workflows. Requirements 3–4 years of Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager, or Product Operations experience. Healthcare or HealthTech experience. Strong product thinking and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Jira, Confluence, and prototyping. Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication. Nice to Have HEDIS, STARS, Medicare, or Medicaid experience. SQL or data analytics exposure. Startup or high-growth company experience.
