About the Role: WorkRight is seeking a Business Analyst to join one of our successful technical teams. Candidates should have previous IT experience and be interested in working on some development projects and contributing to a busy but thriving Product Team. This role will primarily focus on assisting the front-line completion team with escalated inquiries, enhancing tools for the service team to resolve issues, and working alongside Product Managers to define and align product enhancements. This role will be open to off-site talent in the United States . Let’s talk if you have the following qualifications and experience : Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, business, or related discipline preferred.
