Job Description :-

We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the ongoing operation, enhancement, and security of enterprise applications in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Systems, strong SQL skills, and knowledge of Oracle databases, Apache Kafka, APIs, and data integration. This role involves gathering and documenting business requirements, refining product backlogs, writing user stories, creating test cases, and supporting sprint ceremonies. The analyst will coordinate UAT/CAT testing, develop test scenarios, validate system behavior, track defects, and assist with test automation and security remediation. Strong facilitation and communication skills are essential to collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, architects, and vendors. Experience with VersionOne, ServiceNow, and Agile/Scrum methodologies is preferred. The role also includes creating process documentation, SOPs, user guides, conducting impact assessments, resolving blockers, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technical solutions across cross-functional teams.
