• Good to have: Experience in FAIR plans, Grants Management programs
• Understanding of:
• Policy lifecycle and eligibility validation
• Claims-like fulfilment processes (inspection, approval, payment)
• Funding allocation and compliance controls

Functional & Analytical Skills

• Expertise in:

·Requirements elicitation and documentation

·Workflow and process modeling (L1/L2/L3)

·Business rules definition (rules engine concepts)

• Experience designing:

·Role-based platforms

·Configurable workflow systems

Tools & Methods

• Proficiency in:

·JIRA / Azure DevOps

·Visio / Lucidchart (process diagrams)

·Confluence or similar documentation tools

• Experience working in Agile delivery models
