We are looking for a Business Analyst who can identify business needs, gather and define requirements, and translate them into effective solutions. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with solid stakeholder management skills, experience in process improvement, and the ability to support business change initiatives. A proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and collaboration with project and testing teams are key to success in this role.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder sessions to identify business needs and define solutions.
• Analyze and design integration processes, interfaces, and data flows between systems.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and analytical documentation.
• Define project scope, support delivery teams, and manage requirements throughout their lifecycle.
• Work closely with developers, testers, architects, and product teams to ensure successful solution implementation.
• Support decision-making through data-driven analysis and recommendations.
• Coordinate multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in complex IT environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Business Analysis techniques, requirements engineering, and process modeling.
• Experience in collecting, documenting, and managing functional and non-functional requirements.
• Practical experience in eliciting requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Strong knowledge of analytical artifacts, including process maps, use cases, user stories, business rules, decision tables, and data models.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum) with understanding of Waterfall methodology.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and communicate effectively across business and technical teams.
• Experience leading several projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate the work of others when required.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
