About The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst (m/w/d) to join our Information Management team in Potsdam starting from October 1, 2026. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements for our energy solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize new requirements, analyzing data and customer feedback to monitor product development, and managing requirement changes within our product backlog. You will facilitate the transition of documented processes to software development teams, test new features, and communicate necessary improvements effectively. Additionally, you will oversee release management and KPI monitoring, utilizing Scrum methodologies and Jira tools to ensure smooth project execution. Qualifications

• Completed commercial vocational training or specialized education with several years of relevant professional experience
• Ability to quickly understand complex contexts and present them clearly to others
• Knowledge of the energy industry and IT processes
• Decision-making skills, independence, and initiative
• Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
• Proficiency in Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  
  

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and prioritize new requirements with support from various stakeholders
• Analyze necessary data, structures, and customer feedback to monitor product development phases
• Manage requirement changes and maintain the product backlog
• Ensure smooth handover of documented processes to the software development team
• Test new developments and communicate necessary improvements to development teams
• Handle independent release management and KPI monitoring
• Work collaboratively within Scrum teams, utilizing Jira for task and project management
