Business Analyst

An established engineering and technical services organisation is looking for a specialist developer to join the team. The role focuses on the development and implementation of technical solutions centered on customer analysis, segmentation, and predictive analytics. You will work closely with various departments to translate business requirements into high-quality technical outcomes.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing technical solutions for customer segmentation and predictive analytics.

• Analysing and optimising existing processes to enhance the overall customer experience.

• Designing and implementing reports and dashboards to support data-driven business decisions.

• Integrating core systems with various internal modules and external platforms.

• Conducting rigorous testing and providing training and support to end users.

What we're looking for

• A degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field.

• Proven experience in the development and implementation of SAP CRM solutions.

• Strong proficiency in ABAP and ABAP Objects programming.

• Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data analytics processes.

• An analytical mindset with a structured approach to solving complex business problems.
