Business Analyst

The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services Gather and analyse requirements from business stakeholders, data owners, and regulatory teams Translate business needs into functional specifications (user stories, acceptance criteria, data‑model diagrams) Create and maintain documentation (requirements catalog, data dictionary, process maps, test plans) Facilitate test planning by participating in design test cases Communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders through sprint demos, status reports and reviews Identify improvement opportunities in the transversal framework, propose enhancements Collaborate with the ETL development team to design optimal data‑flow and transformation logic Define, implement, and maintain the data‑quality framework (rules, thresholds, validation checks) Strong knowledge of the banking and financial services sector . Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, including backlog management, user stories, traceability, and requirements tracking. Understanding of data migration projects and large-scale data manipulation and aggregation. Solid SQL skills, particularly with Oracle databases . Experience in PL/SQL development . Fluent in Portuguese and English (C level) ; French is a plus.
