About the Role Namou Properties is looking for a highly technical, systems-driven Business Analyst to join our remote team. You’ll bridge data and operations by optimizing processes through automation, AI, and data-driven solutions . You’ll take ownership of internal systems, building automations, integrating AI agents, and developing intelligent workflows to improve efficiency across our real estate and property management operations. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain reliable automation workflows using n8n and other tools. Deploy and manage AI agents to streamline business processes, enhance communication, and reduce manual work. Write and optimize SQL queries to generate accurate reports and actionable insights for leadership. Maintain and optimize internal databases, knowledge bases, and existing automation workflows. Analyze business processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement scalable automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and improve operational efficiency. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript. Proven experience building, troubleshooting, and maintaining workflows in n8n. Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party systems. Familiarity with AI agents and their practical application in business operations. Strong SQL skills for data extraction, reporting, and analysis. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. The "A+" Factor (Bonus Skills) Database Design: Deep knowledge of database architecture and design is considered an A+ and will make your application stand out.
