Business Analyst

The company helps clients accelerate their digital transformation through a broad portfolio that includes consulting, application services, digital engineering, cloud, cybersecurity, platforms, and infrastructure services Responsible for supporting Risk, Finance and ALM reporting activities, ensuring data quality, monitoring production processes, managing reference data, coordinating reporting schedules, and providing operational support to business users. The role also includes participation in projects, test execution and validation, documentation management, process controls, and collaboration with multiple stakeholders across Finance, Risk and IT teams. Closing calendar coordination; Reference data management; Data production monitoring and control; 1st level of support to end-users; Documentation management; Operational permanent controls execution; Provide support to LS team on project management related tasks; Test plan definition, execution and validation; Documentation management (validation statement, release note, data model, etc.); Operational permanent controls execution. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, IT, Accounting, Finance or other relevant area; Relevant professional experience as a business analyst / functional analyst (administration & support) is mandatory ; Relevant professional experience in test plan definition, execution and validation is mandatory ; Proficiency in SQL is mandatory ; Proficiency in Power BI is mandatory ; Knowledge of SAS Enterprise Guide is a plus; Knowledge of JIRA is a plus; Knowledge of Agile methodology is a plus; Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Previous banking experience is a plus. Proficiency in English (C1) is mandatory ;
