The Business Analyst, Associate for Infor M3 BE Procurement serves as a functional bridge between purchasing business processes and M3 ERP solution. This role is responsible for translating requirements into well-defined designs and validated solutions aligned with logic and M3 BE product standards. Success in this role requires analytical thinking, clear communication across business and technical teams, knowledge and hands‑on experience with ERP and supply chain processes, and the ability to apply AI concepts in practical product scenarios. A Typical Day in the Life Includes: Collaborates with stakeholders for the business requirements and analyze and translate them into clear functional requirements related to M3 Procurement Designs M3‑aligned solutions that consider for system behavior, configuration impacts, and product constraints, and works closely with software engineers during implementation. Defines and executes test strategies, including functional, integration, regression, smoke, and performance testing. Investigates and resolves product issues by analyzing system behavior and propose effective solutions. Contributes in designing AI‑enabled solutions using M3 data and in AI productivity initiatives. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of Business Analyst experience or relevant experience in requirements gathering, process analysis, or business systems support. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements. Exposure to or experience with ERP systems and understanding of core business processes. Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business analysis methodologies. Experience gathering, documenting, and validating business and functional requirements. Ability to create process flows, user stories, use cases, or business requirement documents. Strong English communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with business and technical stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Qualifications: AI-related knowledge and experience. Experience working in global environments.
