Business Analyst- BPMN

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join an international team delivering business and digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to analyze business needs, define requirements, support solution design, and contribute to the successful implementation of enterprise systems in a multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and technical teams to understand business needs and define effective solutions.
• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, validate, and manage business requirements throughout the full solution lifecycle.
• Develop high-quality business analysis documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process documentation, and acceptance criteria.
• Produce user stories, BPMN process flows, UML diagrams, wireframes, report mock-ups, and other artifacts to support solution design and validation.
• Support business process analysis, process optimization, and organizational change initiatives.
• Participate in solution design, testing, implementation, user acceptance activities, and transition to operations.
• Ensure traceability of business requirements and manage changes throughout project delivery.
• Work collaboratively with international, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Contribute to project governance, planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Essential Knowledge & Skills

• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business users, subject matter experts, and senior leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to manage requirements across their full lifecycle, including elicitation, prioritization, traceability, change control, and business acceptance.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather, evaluate, and consolidate information from multiple sources.
• Excellent written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, structured, and high-quality documentation.
• Experience producing business analysis deliverables including user stories, BPMN diagrams, UML models, wireframes, and reporting mock-ups.
• Good understanding of project management methodologies, change management practices, and the software development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, flexible, and able to work independently.
• High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft Visio.
• Familiarity with administrative and/or healthcare data management environments.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst across the complete solution lifecycle, including requirements gathering, analysis, solution design support, testing, implementation, and transition to operations.
• Experience in business process analysis and modelling using BPMN, UML, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience working with medium- to large-scale enterprise systems in cross-functional, international environments.
• Experience working within established project management frameworks (PRINCE2 or PMI) and Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Desirable Qualifications

• IIBA CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent Business Analysis certification.
• Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience with Citizen Development and Fusion Development approaches.
• Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and AI-powered workflow automation.
• Experience defining governance and technology demand management processes.
• Previous experience working with the United Nations or other international or multinational organizations.
• Knowledge of French or another official UN language is considered an advantage.
